Cue the Staind song from the early 2000s. While that sone isn’t one of my favorites, its is an accurate description on my reading and review habits. Let’s just say that while most people love the summer as a time that they get to relax, this summer has been whirlwind for me to say the least.

First stop was Montana for my brother’s wedding. And I almost got stranded in the historic flooding that happened at Yellowstone National Park. Then I was home for two weeks and went someplace else that I don’t even remember. And I just got back from Houston a week and a half ago and I’m still not fully recovered from that trip.

That being said, my reading and reviewing has slowed to being almost non-existent. I did get into a bit of a reading funk for a while, that also didn’t help at all, but I’m trying to get back into it slowly but surely. My ARC TBR list s long, both in e-galleys and physical ones, but I’m going to get back into it. I have a few that seem to be very interesting and I’m hoping that will reignite my passion.
