if I’m being honest, praise is probably a very gross understatement for how much I loved this book. And if you have been following me you know I said the same or very close to the same in my review of The Love Hypothesis. Maybe it is just Ali Hazelwood and her writing. Or maybe its the fact that I can read about women like me who love science and aren’t afraid to show it. It is so rare to find stories about women who have excelled in their careers that aren’t autobiographies or memoirs. I think I might have liked Love on the Brain more than The Love Hypothesis.
Bee might just be my favorite character that I have read this year (and I still have time to get more books in). I could relate to her in many ways. I may not work in a lab, but I can understand her need for a stable life and not wanting to give her heart away after it has been broken. Also her Twitter account @WhatWouldMarieDo sparked me to start my own Twitter account about being an engineer.

Like The Love Hypothesis, this book gets
I’m looking forward to finishing the novellas so that I can review them all as well. But that might wait until my preorder of the paperback copy arrives. Thank you Ali Hazelwood for creating these books.
