If you are looking for a quick light read during the holidays, I would recommend this. This is the type of book I love. I do wish there would have been a little more substance behind both of the main characters, I did enjoy the dynamic between Lily and Vivienne. I also enjoyed Lily’s sassy qualities early on, but later she just felt like a love sick teenager. The romantic male lead was a bit dry, but not to be unexpected, most are in these types of reads.

More character development and a bit more depth to the characters would have let me give the book 5 stars. But overall it is a 4 star book if you just want to curl up and read a great holiday romance.
